1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bcd44 platform and all its services. By creating an account on bcd44 or using the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to players from Bangladesh and are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). bcd44 will not be responsible for any person who uses the platform without reading or understanding these Terms.

Only individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older may open an account and use services on bcd44. Minors are not permitted to open accounts, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on bcd44, every user must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is not allowed.

If your login credentials are lost or you suspect unauthorized access, notify the bcd44 support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes (name, address, mobile number), you must notify bcd44 support promptly and update the information.

3 Identity Verification

bcd44 may request valid identification and relevant documents from users at any time for identity verification. This is a necessary step to ensure the security of the platform.

• Scanned copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (where applicable)

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bcd44 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing through a third party is a violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes — however, if an identity verification process is ongoing, it may take longer.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment method used to deposit funds into the account. For exceptional cases, contact bcd44 support.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bcd44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5 Bonus Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you may withdraw once you have placed ৳12,000 worth of bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions — read the details before accepting an offer.
• Attempting to obtain a bonus through fraud will result in account closure.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts are not allowed.
• bcd44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not be added.

6 Betting & Gaming

6.1 Betting Rules

Betting and gaming on bcd44 is entirely for personal entertainment purposes. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless bcd44 decides to do so due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Make sure you fully understand the market rules and conditions before placing a bet. If a match or event is cancelled or the result is not confirmed, bcd44's decision is final.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bcd44 platform. Such violations will result in permanent account closure and associated funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Bonus fraud — claiming bonuses using multiple identities or methods
• Participating in betting syndicates or organized fraud
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party
• Forming fraudulent relationships with staff of the organization
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs improperly
• Operating an account using a false identity or information

8 Account Closure

8.1 At the User's Request

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In this case, the account will be deactivated after the remaining balance has been withdrawn.

8.2 At bcd44's Initiative

bcd44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Responsible gaming request (Self-exclusion)
• Legal or regulatory reasons

bcd44 conducts a fair investigation before closing an account. If a violation of the Terms is proven, the remaining funds may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

bcd44 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income.

• Never bet by borrowing from yourself or your family.
• If you are facing financial difficulties, refrain from betting.
• Betting is entertainment — do not try to chase losses.

• Any loss resulting from the user's violation of the Terms

12 Changes to Terms

bcd44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
